At the highest peak of the pandemic, we served close to 500+ families on a daily basis. Our body of volunteers dedicated themselves to long hours of service, sometimes through midnight to ensure the most vulnerable families could put food on their tables. We experienced the magnitude of families affected by massive laid-off first-hand. How could we in good coincidence go to sleep knowing children in our community were suffering from this pandemic? This is where we stepped in.
